Until we can collect this information, your access to sensitive account features will be limited. We would like to restore your access as soon as possible, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Your account has been limited for more than 45 days. It will continue to be limited but you now have the ability to withdraw funds. Why is my account access limited? Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s): 16 Oct 2014: We want to check with you to make sure that no one has logged in to your account without your permission. Please take a moment to change your password and create new security questions. You should also take a look at your account information and recent transactions. Make sure that your account information (address, phone number, etc.) hasn't changed and that you recognize all of your recent transactions. If you see a payment that you don't recognize, go to the Resolution Center and click "Dispute a Transaction" to report an unauthorized transaction. (Your case ID for this reason is PP-003-472-273-564.) How can I get my account access restored? It's usually pretty easy to take care of things like this. Most of the time, we just need a little more information about your account or latest transactions. To help us with this and to find out what you can and can't do with your account until the issue is resolved, go to the Resolution Center. We'll review the information you provide and email you if we need more details or when your account is back to normal.
