Odzyskiwanie Fanpage POMOCY

Próbuje odzyskać swój fanpage, dostałem informację żeby wysłać im te dane:

1. A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a current driver's license or a passport, of the individual signing the statement.

2. A notarized and signed statement from a person with sufficient knowledge and authority over this matter that includes all of the following:

e) The Facebook account or email address associated with the Facebook account (or Timeline) that you wish to have added as the new admin of the Page;
g) A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information you have provided is true and accurate (your statement must include this language). 

może ktoś przetłumaczyć 

Google tłumacz powinien poradzić sobie z rozszyfrowaniem nazw dokumentów, które musisz przesłać.

Propsy za wytrwałość  

Zazwyczaj jak banują/blokują fanpage, to na 99% już go nie odzyskasz. Niestety też mnie kiedyś to dopadło...

Mam już napisaną odpowiedz w PL czy może ktoś mi przetłumaczyć na angielski abym mógł wysłąć ?  -PILNE

A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information you have provided is true and accurate (your statement must include this language). 

Also the statement isn't notarised and as such it is not legally valid.
Without this the process will not go through.

@Harry, z tym że mi nie chodzi o kradzież, ale o bany i bloki od fejsa  

Oświadczenie o tożsamości musi być potwierdzone notarialnie, w innym wypadku nie jest ważne.
